Terms of Service

ROIRoute is a managed AI infrastructure platform. We deploy integrated serverless technology stacks to your AWS account and provide ongoing managed services including monitoring, security patches, updates, and the Milap + ROI attribution intelligence layer. You own the infrastructure deployed to your AWS account. The intelligence layer runs on our managed infrastructure.

All code, databases, Lambda functions, and infrastructure deployed to your AWS account are owned by you. If you cancel your managed services subscription:

• Your AWS infrastructure remains in your account and continues to function.
• You retain full access to all code, data, and configurations.
• The Milap conversation service and ROI attribution engine (hosted on our infrastructure) will be disconnected.
• Managed services (monitoring, patches, support) will cease.

ROIRoute managed services include:

• Deployment Fee: One-time fee for Discovery and initial deployment to your AWS account.
• Monthly Management: Ongoing monitoring, security, updates, support, and access to the Milap + ROI intelligence layer.
• AWS Costs: You pay AWS directly for your infrastructure usage. ROIRoute does not mark up AWS costs.
• AI API Keys: Content generation through Sathi uses your own API keys. You pay providers directly at their published rates.

Founding program pricing is locked for the duration of your subscription. Standard pricing may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice.

You may cancel your managed services subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your AWS infrastructure remains yours — no lock-in, no data hostage.
• The current billing period completes (no mid-cycle refunds).
• We provide a transition guide for self-management or migration to another provider.
• The Milap conversation widget and ROI attribution engine will be disconnected at the end of the billing period.

You agree not to use ROIRoute infrastructure for illegal activities, distribution of malware, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that violates AWS Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend managed services if infrastructure is used for prohibited purposes. Your AWS account remains yours regardless.

ROIRoute provides managed services on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain enterprise-grade security and monitoring, we are not liable for AWS service outages, third-party API failures, ad platform policy changes, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of managed services after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes to infrastructure ownership terms require explicit written consent.
