What is ROIRoute?

ROIRoute is a managed AI infrastructure platform for small businesses. We deploy a connected stack to your own AWS account — lead qualification, AI orchestration, server-side attribution, email automation, security — then manage the intelligence layer. You own the code, databases, and infrastructure. We run the AI. Cancel anytime; the infrastructure stays.

Direct answer

ROIRoute is a managed AI infrastructure platform for small businesses. The customer's own AWS account receives the deployed infrastructure — Lambda functions, DynamoDB tables, S3 buckets, CloudFront, security stack, CI/CD pipelines, encryption keys.

ROIRoute manages the intelligence layer that runs on top of it: Milap (conversational lead qualification), Sathi (AI orchestration across 8 providers and 30+ models), the ROI attribution engine, monitoring, security patches, and continuous optimization.

Built on US Provisional Patent Application No. 64/013,836. Architecture conceived by a human; implementation generated by AI under one architect's direction. JyoLing Gurukul (the language education product) is Customer #0 — 14 months in production on the same stack.

What you own

Everything in your AWS account. The list is exhaustive on purpose:

  • 200+ Lambda functions with full, human-readable source code
  • ~55 DynamoDB tables with all your data
  • S3 buckets and CloudFront distributions
  • Three-tier VPC architecture (public, private, database subnets)
  • KMS encryption keys — you hold them; ROIRoute cannot decrypt your data without explicit key access
  • 25 CI/CD pipelines for module-isolated deployments
  • 11 SES email templates with idempotent delivery
  • Security stack: WAFv2, dual Cognito pools, GuardDuty
  • Terraform infrastructure-as-code, reproducible across dev/staging/prod

Any competent DevOps engineer can read, modify, and extend the system without ROIRoute's involvement.

What ROIRoute manages

The intelligence layer — the part that makes the infrastructure smart. This is the managed service.

  • Milap — conversational AI front door (lead qualification, meeting booking with auto-generated agendas, non-booking capture)
  • Sathi — AI orchestration across 8 providers and 30+ models with Thompson Sampling and automatic fallback
  • ROI attribution engine — server-side conversion tracking + CAPI sendback to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter
  • 24/7 monitoring + security patches
  • Continuous optimization of routing logic, prompts, and conversation thresholds (no human intervention; learns from every conversation outcome)
  • Custom development hours per tier (2 / 5 / 10 hours per month at Operator / Growth / Scale)
  • Quarterly business reviews on Growth and Scale tiers
  • All updates and new features as they ship

If you cancel, the AWS infrastructure stays in your account. The intelligence layer (Milap + ROI engine) disconnects.

Who it is for

Selection is mutual. ROIRoute is built for a specific kind of business.

  • Established small businesses with $5K+/month revenue
  • Running 4+ disconnected SaaS tools
  • Feeling active integration pain (manual reconciliation, attribution gaps, AI-tab sprawl)

Specific verticals served:

  • Course creators and online academies
  • Coaches and consultants with inbound leads
  • Churches and nonprofits with content + community workflows
  • Local service businesses with paid acquisition
  • Niche e-commerce brands beyond entry-level Shopify

Best fit: creator-led businesses already spending on ads or content acquisition and using 4+ disconnected tools.

What it replaces

Each tool below is replaced by one of ROIRoute's six core capabilities:

  • Milap replaces Intercom, Drift, Calendly
  • Sathi replaces ChatGPT direct, Jasper, Copy.ai
  • Attribution replaces Hyros, TripleWhale, GA4
  • Email replaces Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign
  • Security replaces Auth0, Clerk, Firebase Auth
  • Back-Office replaces Zapier, Make.com, manual processes

Optional growth modules also replace:

  • Product Catalog replaces Kajabi, Teachable, Podia
  • Revenue Intelligence replaces Baremetrics, ChartMogul
  • Subscription Engine replaces Stripe Billing, Chargebee
  • Content Pipeline replaces Canva, Later, Descript

Typical small business cost: $300–$2,000/month across these tools, plus 15–20 hours/month of manual integration. ROIRoute consolidates them on one event bus on your AWS account.

What it is not

Honest disqualification. If any of these describe what you're looking for, ROIRoute is not the right fit.

  • Not a no-code builder. Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow are no-code builders. ROIRoute deploys real engineering infrastructure.
  • Not a SaaS marketplace. Shopify and Kajabi run app marketplaces. ROIRoute runs no marketplace and earns no commission from app fragmentation.
  • Not a chatbot widget. Intercom and Drift sell conversational widgets. Milap is a full conversational layer connected to attribution and email — not a standalone widget.
  • Not an agency project that disappears. Agencies hand off code and walk away. ROIRoute is the ongoing managed service running on infrastructure you continue to own.
  • Not a generic AWS consulting service. AWS consultants set up infrastructure and leave. ROIRoute deploys a specific, productized AI infrastructure stack and manages the intelligence layer continuously.
  • Not a subscription that holds your data hostage. Cancel ROIRoute and the AWS infrastructure stays in your account, including your data, code, and encryption keys.
  • Not for pre-revenue founders or hobbyists. Discovery + deployment + monthly managed service requires established revenue and active acquisition.

Why now

AI-mediated discovery is replacing search-mediated discovery. Visitors arrive informed; they need real-time fit conversations rather than another landing page.

Fragmented SaaS stacks — where data lives in Mailchimp, Stripe, Calendly, Hyros, and Zapier separately — cannot serve those visitors because the data is split across tools that don't share a database. ROIRoute's connected event bus consolidates the data on infrastructure the customer owns.

The convergence-era moat is substance plus ownership; the extraction-era moat (rented audience, ad-funnel arbitrage, feature-comparison differentiation) is structurally collapsing. Vendors who built businesses on the old playbook are not failing because they did anything wrong — they are failing because the substrate underneath them shifted.

ROIRoute is one operational expression of the convergence: the technical decisions and the philosophical articulation are the same decision. Infrastructure ownership is the substance; AI orchestration is how the substance gets delivered. They are not separate concerns.
